IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

• Overhead Tank Cleaning: Water removed from overhead tanks will be discharged through the available terrace rainwater drainage line wherever feasible.
• Underground Sump Cleaning: Water removed from underground sumps will be discharged within a maximum distance of 10 meters from the sump location.
• If a longer disposal distance is required, additional arrangements must be provided by the customer.
• Power Supply Requirements: Our team carries an extension power box with a cable length of up to 12 meters.
  A functional power source must be available within this distance from the tank or sump cleaning location.
• If power is unavailable or beyond the reachable distance, the customer must provide a suitable power connection.

• Our service focuses on cleaning and disinfection of the tank or sump.

IF WATER CONTAMINATION IS CAUSED BY:

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

• After tank cleaning, if any pipeline blockage, airlock condition, motor issue, valve issue, or water flow issue occurs due to pre-existing conditions in the plumbing system, MetroHandz shall not be held responsible.
